What’s included?

Our rates include, 10-hour English driver service (we don’t offer refunds for unused hours), comfortable clean car, fuel, free hotel pick-up & drop-off in Kuta, Nusa Dua, Sanur, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Uluwatu, Denpasar area, If you require pick-up/drop-off in other areas please contact us.

What’s Excluded?

Entrance tickets, sarong, show ticket, meals

How do I pay?

You pay directly to our driver in local currency on daily basis cash!

How can I choose tours and places to visit?

Our driver will visit you at your hotel lobby one day before tours to find out what you’re looking and whether we’re the right fit for each other, or you can set up your own custom itineraries and send to us by email

Who will be my driver or guides?

It’s important to match you with the guide, Different guides have different specialties: history, culture, food, and sport, you can pick a driver from our Bali drivers and Bali guides list, if the drivers or guides you choose unavailable, we will assign a driver one day before your first pick-up. we hire experienced & professional drivers.

Can you pick me up at the airport?

If you wish to use our 10-hour service after arrival then we will pick up you at the airport. If Airport transfer only, We highly recommend the official airport taxis and start using our service from the next day.

Change & Cancelation?

We understand that your plans might be out of control so we allow you super easy, free of charge change & cancelations.

How to change & cancel the reservation?

We never ask for deposits / down payment. to change or cancelation simply send us an email or chat or call us at latest 12 hours before pick up scheduled, You can cancel some or all remaining days. Simply ask your driver or email us. We will not charge any cancelation fee.
